Using Bongahino means you accept the following. (Sample text — have it reviewed by a lawyer before going live.)

Account

You sign in with an SMS code and are responsible for activity under your mobile number.

Agencies publish listings and are responsible for them. Bongahino is not a party to any deal and removes misleading listings.

Each agency owns its data; it is not used without permission.

Your mobile number goes only to the agency you message. Traffic is encrypted.

Agency subscriptions are paid in advance. When one ends, data is kept but publishing stops.

Alert SMS are sent only when you ask (e.g. “Alert me”) and can be turned off at any time.

We aim for continuous availability; maintenance is announced in advance.

You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
