Bongahino is a dedicated real estate website whose listings are published only by real estate agencies. Each listing belongs to a known agency with its own page, address and agent, its price per m² is compared with the district average, and sold listings are removed by the agency itself.

On the "Buy" page choose the city, district, property type, budget, size and amenities and see the results as cards or on the map. Each listing has the agent's number and a message form, and you can compare up to four listings side by side.

On the "Rent" page set the maximum deposit and monthly rent; full-deposit and convertible offers are marked. The deposit-to-rent calculator helps you compare different offers.

Yes: searching, viewing listings, contacting agencies, saving searches and SMS alerts are free for buyers and tenants.

The "Area prices" page shows the average price per m², deposit and rent of each district, and the "Property price estimate" tool estimates a price range from similar listings in the same district.

Listings are published by member agencies, and verified agencies have had their business license checked. Still, check the listing and the property documents before visiting or paying; Bongahino is not a party to any deal.
